A bit about us

Shore Rovers Netball Club is the oldest (est. 1952) and largest club with 17 teams. We have 8 training teams including 5 teams playing in the premier 1-3 competition, 7 non-training teams (social) and one age group development team for 14-17 yr olds.We cater for all ages, shapes, fitness, and skill levels.

Training teams (selected from trials) have coaches appointed and train on either a Monday or Wednesday evening indoors from 7pm.
Other training nights can be arranged if needed.

Teams 1 & 2 play in the Premier 1 grade on a Tuesday night, Teams 3 in Premier 2 on a Thursday night and Team 4-17 currently play on a Saturday afternoon between 12-3pm.
It is our aim to get Team 4 back into Premier 2.

All teams are issued with a dress and tracksuit which is returned at the end of the season. Premier teams also get a warmup top.

Fees cover uniform, training venues etc, the only add on is $10 or $15 for the umpire weekly spread throughout the team.

Our age group development team is for girls 14-17 years old that want to play netball and may not be able to play at school or they want some extra coaching and to still play with their own age. Note that this team will still play against women of all ages and sizes. If your daughter would like to play netball please get in touch with Kelly to see whether the age group or open age team would suit her best.

Note for players that are still playing for school - playing club and school means you have multiple trainings and games each week. Your club training will be on a week night 6.30-8.00pm and your game is on Saturday afternoon (unless you make week night premier grade). You will also have fees to pay. Please ensure you are committed for this before you sign up.
